Du kan skapa ett konto via Apple, Google eller Facebook. Du ansvarar för att hålla ditt konto säkert och för all aktivitet som sker via ditt konto.
Tjänsten kan skicka pushnotiser (t.ex. om nya rapporter för dina favoritanläggningar) när du har aktiverat dem. Du kan när som helst stänga av notiser per anläggning eller radera ditt konto.
Rapporter och annat innehåll du skapar på Skiscout är publika bidrag till Skiscout-gemenskapen och får användas fritt av Skiscout.
Du ansvarar för att ditt innehåll är korrekt och inte bryter mot lagar eller andras rättigheter. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ta bort innehåll som bryter mot dessa villkor.
Det är inte tillåtet att skrapa, kopiera eller visa innehåll från Skiscout på andra webbplatser eller tjänster utan uttryckligt skriftligt tillstånd från oss.
Information om spårstatus och förhållanden på Skiscout är användarrapporterad och kan vara felaktig eller inaktuell. Vi garanterar inte att informationen är korrekt, fullständig eller uppdaterad.
Använd alltid eget omdöme och kontrollera lokala förhållanden innan du ger dig ut på skidspåren. Skiscout ansvarar inte för skador eller olyckor som uppstår baserat på information från tjänsten.
Du kan när som helst radera ditt konto via kontoinställningarna. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att stänga av eller radera konton som bryter mot dessa villkor eller missbrukar tjänsten.

Scraping, copying, or displaying content from Skiscout on other websites or services is not permitted without explicit written permission from us.
Information about trail status and conditions on Skiscout is user-reported and may be inaccurate or outdated. We do not guarantee that the information is correct, complete, or up to date.
Always use your own judgment and check local conditions before heading out on the ski trails. Skiscout is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur based on information from the service.
You can delete your account at any time via account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
